Woomera Mining Limited is a mineral exploration company. The Company is exploring for battery metals (lithium nickel, copper + PGE’s) and gold in the Yilgarn and Pilbara Cratons of Western Australia plus the Musgrave Province in South Australia along with rare earth-gold mineralization in the Gawler Craton of South Australia. The Company’s projects include Mount Venn JV Project, Wyloo Dome Gold Project, Musgrave Project and Labyrinth Project. The Mt Venn JV is located within Determined Aboriginal Reserve Land owned by the Yilka Talintji Aboriginal Corporation. The Wyloo Dome Gold Project is located approximately 1,000 kilometers (km) north of Perth and is accessed through the sealed Nanutarra Road, from the township of Paraburdoo. Its Musgrave Project in the eastern Musgrave Province lies entirely within the Tjayuwara-Unmuru Native Title Determination Area. The Labyrinth Project in the Gawler Craton is prospective for Olympic Dam-style iron oxide copper-gold (IOCG) deposits.
