Suki Sandhu, founder & CEO of EMpower, said: 'We are delighted to see Ron Kalifa from Worldpay featuring in the EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Leaders List. Ron is a true role model, setting an example for the next generation and demonstrating that background or ethnicity should not and will not be a barrier to professional success.'

While we've already seen huge progress in the representation of minority groups in business, there is still a lot more that can be done. I'm extremely proud of Worldpay's commitment to being a progressive and inclusive employer, and we will continue to ensure our workforce reflects the diversity of our global customer base.'
