FigureCorporate Responsibility Performance Report 2015

WorleyParsons' 2015 Corporate Responsibility Performance Report is now available. The report provides an overview of corporate responsibility-related performance for the period 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015 and serves to demonstrate our commitment to supporting the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).

Progress includes the key commitments made in last year's report:

Diversity Reporting and Participation: During the past year, we launched a new diversity and inclusion program, supported by a set of key expectations, and introduced gender diversity targets for the Board, executive leadership teams and our organization in general. Measureable objectives have been established against which progress will be reviewed annually. Further information on our performance can be found on page 35 of the report.

WorleyParsons Foundation: The WorleyParsons Foundation supported an increased number of projects and community partners during the year. Additional information on our Foundation projects can be found on page 13 of the report.

Management of our Environmental Impact: Our operations have worked to reduce carbon emissions and introduced an emission reduction target. Activities include behavioral change programs, encouraging the use of public transport, flexible 'work from home' arrangements, engaging in bush regeneration, waste and recycling programs, trail clean-up activities and FollowMe smart printing to name a few. We have introduced environmental targets to measure our progress on these commitments. Further details can be found on page 57 of the report.

We have identified the following themes to focus our corporate responsibility activities across our operations: education; enterprise development; diversity and inclusion; and skilled volunteering. Further detail on these activities can be found as case studies throughout the report.

'There is an authentic confidence with this report that comes from a practical and mature approach to measuring and sharing success of our progress this year, supported by the group-wide culture of 'doing'. Our people are proud of their involvement and continue to deliver beyond expectations when it comes to community contributions and are very eager to tell their stories via this report,'said Marni Oaten, Director Corporate Responsibility - WorleyParsons.
