Dress for Success is a global charity that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. The organization has affiliates in almost 145 cities in 20 countries and has helped more than 850,000 women work towards self-sufficiency.

Ms. Dobry, an active supporter of the Dress for Success organization, now joins other board members on the Morris County chapter in providing oversight of the group and helping make it possible for the organization to serve thousands of women annually. She will be chairing the Marketing Communications committee.
