NEW YORK - Sudler & Hennessey, one of the best regarded global healthcare communications companies, was presented with the Israel Cancer Research Fund (ICRF) Corporate Philanthropy Award at the Tower of Hope Gala on December 3rd at The Pierre Hotel in New York City.

Sudler provides marketing and communications support to many underserved community health efforts and critical care issues. Knowing that these small philanthropic groups do amazing work with limited resources, Sudler seeks to supplement communication campaigns, enabling them to better connect with the public.

The ICRF is the world's leading non-profit organization dedicated to supporting cancer research in Israel, awarding grants to support the research of Israel's best scientists. Israel produces more scientific discoveries per capita than any other nation, and is a major source of innovation and discovery in the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer.

Accepting the award for Sudler and Sentrix (the creative communications division of Sudler that developed the ICRF marketing materials), Louisa Holland, Co-CEO for the Americas remarked, "We are honored to do just a little bit to support the ICRF in their enormous effort to help diminish the struggle of cancer for so many families. It's a cause we are deeply involved with on many fronts, and one that we recognize as a leading scientific need."

With 70+ years of experience, the Sudler network includes two global marketing agencies as well as specialized divisions offering a wide range of healthcare related communication solutions. In addition to the pro bono work with the ICRF, Sudler has also provided pro bono assistance to Aid for AIDS, the Latino Commission on AIDS, Preserve Our Legacy, and the Foundation for Art and Healing.
