Global research consultancy TNS, announced today the appointment of Ignacio Galceran to a newly created role as Chief Client & Offer Officer - Americas.

In this new role, Ignacio will be responsible for bringing together TNS’s research expertise, industry-leading solutions and key account leaders to develop insights that foster business growth for TNS’s clients.

“Ignacio has spent over 20 years working in North America and Latin America leading businesses and developing outstanding client relationships. I’m thrilled to have him lead this vital part of our business,” said Mike Gettle, CEO of Americas for TNS.

In connection with Ignacio’s appointment, TNS also announced the appointments of Anita Watkins (Qualitative), Frank Sarrazit (Brand & Communications), Mike Fridholm (Innovation & Product Development), Stephan Sigaud (Customer, Employee Reputation) and Dan Boehm (Retail & Shopper) to ‘Americas Practice Leaders.’ With these appointments, each will be responsible for leading and strengthening TNS’s research capabilities in Canada, Latin America and the U.S.
