PARSIPPANY, N.J. (Feb. 24, 2015) - Wyndham Hotel Group,  the world's largest hotel company based on number of hotels and one of three hospitality business units of Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN), took home multiple honors last night as the company was recognized for its recent marketing and public relations efforts by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) at the 58 thannual Adrian Awards Gala in New York City.

A recipient of 10 awards ranging from Bronze to Gold, the company's winning entries were selected from among more than 1,200 around the world, with judging done by top executives throughout the travel industry. Among the top honors received:

  • a Gold Adrian Award for the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham brand and its digital campaign around "Microcations;"
  • a Gold Adrian Award for the company and its recent publicity campaign on growth and expansion in the Middle East and Africa;
  • a Gold Adrian Award for the Super 8 brand and its digital campaign around passion point marketing; and
  • a Gold Adrian Award for the Travelodge brand and its digital campaign celebrating mascot Sleepy Bear's 60th birthday.
