Developed to offer affiliates a one-stop resource for procuring valuable services at attractive pricing, RCI Affiliate Access connects resort developers and operators to customizable solutions to assist in successful resort operations. These include accounting and insurance services, marketing data solutions, survey deployment, sales training, revenue management andanalytics, contact center resources, video and photography services, inventory rental solutions, and maintenance fee billing and collection.

Through an agreement with IMPACTenergy, affiliates now also have access to discounted pricing on sustainability services. IMPACTenergy conducts studies to identify energy-saving opportunities, and then works with clients to implement energy- and cost-saving solutions. These services also help resorts obtain various green certifications, including LEED, Energy Star, Green Globe and the ARDA Green Sustainable Program.

Non-judicial foreclosure services have also been added to the list of services provided through RCI Affiliate Access through an agreement with Cunningham Asset Recovery Services. The company enlists industry contacts, local attorneys and title companies to offer non-judicial foreclosure services at attractive costs to management companies, owner associations, developers and lenders.
