X5 Retail EDR : Russia's X5 Retail Group plans to add 2,500 new stores in 2018

X5 Retail Group is one of the leading Russian food retail groups. Net sales break down by store type as follows: - convenience stores (81.6%): 19,164 stores held under the Pyaterochka brand at the end of 2022; - supermarkets (14.8%): 971 stores under the Perekrestok brand; - hard discount stores (1.4%): operation of 517 stores under the Chizhik brand; - hypermarkets (0.6%): operation of a network of 12 stores (Karusel brand); - other (1.6%): primarily operation of the Perekrestok Vprok online hypermarket.
