Acquisition of Total Objects completed

Xchanging plc, the business process, procurement and technology services provider, reports that, following clearance by the Competition and Markets Authority announced on 9 December 2014, it has completed its acquisition of Total Objects Limited with effect from 18 December 2014. The acquisition was originally announced on 3 July 2014.
