Q1 2011 turnover   Restated Q1 2010 turnover   Variation       Released Q1 2010 turnover
?3.9 m ?3.5 m +11.1% ?4.4 m

NB : The released Q1 2010 turnover included a remainder from the management of the end of a bank authentication contract completed on behalf of the purchaser of this activity but did not include the contribution of Telfix acquired in June 2010.

The restated Q1 2010 turnover takes these two facts into account to allow comparison versus Q1 2011 turnover.

During the quarter, the company has won a key contract in e-ID with the French UGAP (Government Purchases Agency) as well as a 7,500 e-Health terminals order for the German market, confirming the restart of the German program.

Georges Liberman, Chairman and CEO, stated: "Our first quarter turnover is in line with our expectations and our teams have won significant sales contracts. Furthermore, our new services offers Prium-Service+ and PAYPHARMA have been warmly greeted at Pharmagora, the French pharmacy exhibition at the end of March. These elements confirm our confidence for the future".

H1 2011 turnover released on Tuesday July 12th 2011 after market closes.
