XIRING (Paris:ALXIR), a security solutions provider for electronic
transactions, won the call for tenders issued by Moneo Payment Solutions.
Known for its e-purse, Moneo Payment Solutions also
offers many other applications that make it the leader in
multiservice cards (Student, Company and City cards). It is in this
context that Moneo Payment Solutions entered into an exclusive contract
with XIRING for the supply of 100,000 Liteo smartcard readers over a
term of one year. This order confirms the longstanding partnership
between Moneo Payment Solutions and XIRING.
These 100,000 readers will allow Moneo Payment Solutions' clients and
partners to carry out online recharging and purchases transactions
with their Moneo card. "We would like to offer our clients the
possibility of recharging their Moneo card from anywhere they have
Internet access. We also intend to facilitate making anonymous
payments over the Internet" specifies Serge Ragozin, CEO of Moneo
Payment Solutions.
