XL : Catlin Appoints Louisa Lu as Senior Underwriter, Casualty, Insurance for Asia Pacific

Tue Jun 21, 2016, Singapore, Asia- XL Catlin's insurance operations today announced the appointment of Louisa Lu as Senior Underwriter, Casualty for Asia Pacific.

Commenting on the appointment, Daniel Fay, Regional Product Leader, International Casualty, Insurance - Asia, said: 'We are delighted to welcome Louisa to the team. She has recently relocated from Hong Kong and brings with her a wealth of experience in a number of key segments including product liability, general liability, workers compensation and healthcare industry practice, providing solutions on a domestic, regional and global program basis.

Ms. Lu brings significant expertise to XL Catlin, having spent over 18 years in the insurance industry. She joins from AIG in Hong Kong where she worked for more than 5 years in a number of roles; most recently holding responsibility for APAC Regional Product Liability and Multinational Casualty. Prior to joining AIG, Ms. Lu worked at Asia Markel International for two years based in Singapore, and before that at American International Underwriter (AIU - part of AIG) in Taiwan.
