Yahoo Inc. (>> Yahoo! Inc.) has named Marissa Mayer as its new president and chief executive officer, CNBC reported Monday.
According to the report, Ms. Mayer will take over her new posts on Tuesday. She will resign from Google Inc. (>> Google Inc), where she has worked for 13 years, the report said.
