On 16 May, secretary of Hubei Provincial Party Committee Jiang Chaoliang and hisparty visited YOFC Qianjiang Science and Technology Park. Executive director and president of Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company (stock code: 6869.HK, hereinafter referred to as 'YOFC') Zhuang Dan, honorary vice president Zhang Mu, and technical director of YOFC and general manager of YOFC Qianjiang Company Luo Jie received them.

Mr. Zhuang extended his warm welcome to their visit, and then introduced the development and status of YOFC Qianjiang Science and Technology Park. Mr. Zhuang said, YOFC Qianjiang Science and Technology Park is an experiment of YOFC to integrate the most advanced industrial chain resources around the world, establish intelligent manufacturing, develop recycling economy and green manufacturing, which gained great support from Hubei Provincial Government, Qianjiang Municipal Government, and Salt Chemical Industrial Park. It established a new benchmark for the optical fibre and cable industry in the world. Secretary Jiang inspected the production status of the optical fibre manufacturing workshops, and fully recognized the development of YOFC and the construction of YOFC Qianjiang Science and Technology Park. After knowing that manufacturing equipment and operation software are all self-developed by YOFC, Secretary Jiang encouraged YOFC to continue to enhance technological innovation, and let 'Intelligently made in China' go global.
