Aug 22, 2014 Oslo, 22 August 2014: Yara International ASA yesterday purchased 60,000 own shares in the market at an average price of NOK 306.7295.

The transaction is part of a buy-back program, authorized by the Annual General meeting held 5 May 2014. The AGM authorized Yara to buy back up to 5% of Yara's shares (13,811,388 shares) before the 2015 AGM.

Yara has renewed its agreement with the Norwegian State according to which the State's shares will be redeemed on a pro-rata basis to ensure that the State's ownership is unchanged when shares are cancelled.

After this transaction Yara holds 60,000 own shares acquired as part of its current buy-back program.
