Cause of occurrence: The 21 appellants filed the lawsuit against Yuanta Securities(Korea)in Seoul Central District Court, alleging that Yuanta Securities(Korea)issued stocks at the price lower than the fair value of market price for Yuanta Securities Asia Financial Services to subscribe. Both Seoul Central District Court and Seoul high Court dismissed the case. The appellants made appeal to Supreme Court of Korea which dismisses the case today. The decision of Supreme Court of Korea is final and conclusive.
