Leading Japan-based, global logistics company Yusen Logistics is signing an important and strategic collaboration agreement with Turkish Inci Logistics. Yusen Logistics is entering a partnership with Inci Logistics, which is a subsidiary of Inci Holding. This collaboration in the logistics sector signifies a crucial step for both parties, not only for Turkey but also for the international sector.

Leading Japan-based, global logistics company Yusen Logistics is signing an important and strategic collaboration agreement with Turkish Inci Logistics. Yusen Logistics is entering a partnership with Inci Logistics, which is a member company of Inci Holding. This collaboration in the logistics sector signifies a crucial step for both parties, not only for Turkey but also for the international sector. Yusen and Inci Logistics are expanding and strengthening their positions in the sector with a 32% partnership.

Yusen Logistics ranks in the top fifteen logistics companies in the world. It currently has offices in 40 different countries with 20,000 employees, supplying ocean and air freight forwarding, transportation and contract logistics services.

Yusen Logistics commenced its activities in Turkey in October 1st, 2012, with the name of Yusen Logistics Turkey. A member company of Inci Holding, Inci Logistics was founded in 1997 and provides domestic and international logistics, supply chain solutions and supply chain consultancy services. The collaboration between these two companies, Inci Logistics and Yusen Logistics, is officially announced on 30th, September following the ceremony held in Istanbul, at the Divan Hotel.

This collaboration will create a new and stronger player for customers seeking quality logistics and value added services in the Turkish market. Bringing together the complementary experience of Yusen Logistics in global markets on the one hand, and Inci Logistics' expertise in the domestic market on the other, the partnership will provide logistics solutions on a national and global scale.

This mutually beneficial collaboration will enable Yusen Logistics to strengthen its position in the Turkish markets, and Inci Logistics to expand its business volume on a global scale. Additionally, with the improving Japanese and Turkish economic situations, this collaboration will be well placed to provide the high quality international logistics services which the area has been longing for.

The collaboration enables Inci Logistics to expand its investment programme and accelerate business growth by offering an agency network and a portfolio of overseas logistics services through Yusen Logistics.

Regarding the partnership the President of Inci Holding, Perihan Inci said: "Logistics is a key economic driver in Turkey and worldwide.
