HR/Payroll specialist adds SuccessFactors Learning and Business Execution Suite to existing customer agreement.

Zalaris ASA has announced an expansion of its relationship with a large enterprise serving the Nordic and Baltic regions. As part of the agreement, Zalaris will deliver one common integrated solution, supporting strategic human resources functions to 30,000 employees across multiple nations.

Powered by SAP's innovative SuccessFactors cloud-based platform, Zalaris will bring outsourced HR services to the customer's operations in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark, with full implementation targeted for completion by Q3 2015.

Zalaris cloud services deliver a modern cloud HR experience that's easy for employees and management to adopt. HR and systems administrators receive enhanced audit and compliance reporting features, while senior management can leverage comprehensive policy compliance functions as well as mandatory learning and streamlined processes. Additional value is derived from cost-control features as well as extensive dashboard analysis functionality. Employees benefit from the ability to quickly access key information from a self-service portal Zalaris makes available to its customers.

Talent Readiness and Workforce Engagement in Focus

As more businesses look to the cloud for enterprise-class solutions, Zalaris continues to develop related HR/payroll services and innovations based on SuccessFactors and other SAP technologies, further reinforcing the company's position as a strategic HR partner to large organizations. The expanded agreement announced today reflects Zalaris' leadership in helping companies manage talent readiness, process simplification and rising workforce engagement strategies.

"We have the expertise and user-friendly solutions that today's corporations need to proficiently outsource non-core competencies associated with personnel and payroll management," explained Zalaris CEO Hans-Petter Mellerud. "Our cloud-based HR services are the foundation for the future in this space - already enabling customers to respond in real time to today's most demanding employee and management requirements."

In addition to this new cloud services agreement, Zalaris also signed a separate agreement with the same customer to provide HR services to approximately 2,500 additional employees in the Baltics and an operations center in Poland.
