Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. hereby informs that based on the Supervisory Board's resolution passed on 17 August 2017 on the appointment of Barbara Smolnikar as a Management Board member of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., Barbara Smolnikar started to serve on the Board as of 17 October 2017.
This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 17 October 2017 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
