This year, the second Saturday in September will once again be devoted to the Triglav Run at the Brdo pri Kranju estate. The organisers of the run will be teaming up with experienced trainers in ten towns and cities across the country to offer free training to help even more people get moving and prepare properly for their chosen challenge. Preparations for the 7th Triglav Run will start this Saturday, 12 May, at 10 a.m. in Tivoli Park, Ljubljana, in collaboration with Pulz Šport.

The 7th Triglav Run on 8 September will provide runners of all generations with a unique experience, one where they can look forward to actively meeting and socialising with others in the idyllic surroundings of the Brdo pri Kranju estate. As in previous years, individuals, business colleagues and families will be able to take part in one of five runs: the 'Kuža Pazi' children's run over 350 and 700 metres, a 3.4 km family run, a 3 x 3.4 km business relay, a 10 km run and a half-marathon.

The creative and recreational activities for youngsters and the rich programme of supporting events will enable friends, families and business associates to get together. 'The Triglav Run is the perfect opportunity for families to unwind together and grow stronger in idyllic surroundings. Everyone will undoubtedly find something for themselves in such a relaxed atmosphere,' says Klemen Bauer, biathlete and Triglav Run ambassador. Alongside Klemen, many other professional athletes will be lending their support, as ambassadors, to an event devoted to improving neonatal care.
