ZEE Is Green joins hands with &TV's The Voice India Kids to spread awareness this World Nature Conservation Day

This World Nature Conservation Day, ZEE Is Green, the sustainability initiative of India's leading media conglomerate, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) partnered with &TV's The Voice India Kids to drive awareness about the environment. The dynamic, young contestants of the show spread the important message about leaving a better planet for future generations, by planting saplings and singing inspirational songs about Mother Nature.

Children are the voice of the future and the talented contestants from The Voice India Kids shared these important thoughts on World Nature Conservation Day:

• 'Nature is very important for humanity because if there are no plants left for future generations, then there will be no oxygen and humans will not be able to survive. Hence, it is very important to plant trees.'

• 'Global warming is increasing daily and to save our planet from global warming and pollution, we should preserve nature and plant more trees. We love you Mother Nature.'

• 'We should use fewer vehicles, plant more trees, and use organic waste as manure. We need to 'Save Nature, Save Life'.'

World Nature Conservation Day is celebrated worldwide every year on July 28, with the objective of increasing awareness about protecting, conserving and sustainably managing our natural resources in order to leave a healthy environment for future generations. Right from inception, ZEE has been committed to adding value to the lives of all the internal and external stakeholders; embracing the World as One Family. On the occasion of World Nature Conservation Day this year, ZEE, through its ZEE Is Green initiative, has reinforced its commitment towards building a healthy and stable society for both present and future generations.
