On July 17, 2014-- Mr. Chen Jinghe, Chairman of Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd ("Zijin Mining"), met with Mr. Ngoako Ramatlhodi, Minister of Mineral Resource of Republic of South Africa at the Capitol Building in Cape town

Mr. Ngoako was pleased to welcome Zijin Mining's investment in South Africa, he promised to provide supports and help to Zijin Mining and the project of Nkwe Platinum Limited (ASX:NKP) ("Nkwe"), and that the related government officials would follow the Nkwe Project. Mr. Chen and Mr. Ngoako also exchanged views on South African mining development policy and labor issues at the meeting.

 During the meeting, Mr. Chen stated as follows "Zijin Mining is one of the most competitive and innovative metal mining enterprises in China, despite the current depressed market, Zijin Mining still keeps a good profit at40% gross profit margin in mining products. At the beginning of this year, we clearly defined the strategic development direction which is integration of internationalization, large-scale projects and assets securitization. Now by investing in Nkwe, Zijin Mining will expand the exploration and investment in South Africa and even in the entire African continent. With the supports from South African government, local community and the shareholders, Zijin Mining will continue to promote the construction and development of the project, making contributions to local community and economic development." Mr. Chen Jinghe invited Mr. Ngoako to visit the headquarters of Zijin Mining.
