Early Redemption of the Notes
Lisbon, 8 June 2018NOS SGPS, S.A. hereby informs that, pursuant to the terms and conditions regarding the issue of NOS/2015 - EUR 50.000.000 FIXED RATE NOTES DUE 2019, with ISIN Code PTNOSCOM0003, will reimburse, at par value, the 500 bonds currently in circulation.
The reimbursement of these bonds will take place on 11 June 2018 with payment of principal of 50,000,000.00 Euros and payment of interest of 159,250.00 Euros (payment of 100,000.00 Euros of principal and 318.50 Euros of interest per bond)
* Subject to withholding IRS / IRC in accordance with the tax rules and rates applicable at the date of payment. Bondholders who are covered by Article 97º of the IRC Code should submit relevant documentation to the paying agent, supporting the exemption or exemption of IRC retention, of which they may benefit, by the date set for payment of the tax to be deducted.
The paying agent appointed for the operation is Banco BPI S.A.
Under the terms of its Regulation, the payment of both interest and principal will be made through the res Mobiliários) with the Code NOSCOM.
