On July 13, Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Company successfully completed the chassis assembly for the first local carbon-fiber boom pump truck at an Australian customer's job site, which passed the subsequent fatigue and installation testing. The next day, a number of interested customers arrived from Perth, Sydney and other locations around Australia. Having witnessed the Zoomlion carbon-fiber boom pump truck in action, they each expressed their wish to place an order.

The success of the Zoomlion carbon-fiber boom pump truck in Australia has given it market recognition but also demonstrated the successful integration and work practices of Chinese and foreign employees of Zoomlion. The assembly of the carbon-fiber boom pump truck is the result of the cooperation of engineers from CIFA and Zoomlion, as well as Zoomlion's agent in Victoria, Australia. CIFA engineers were primarily responsible for coordinating and guiding the assembly; Zoomlion engineers were responsible for connecting electrical circuits; while Zoomlion's Australian agent was responsible for coordinating the equipment and their place of production. There was a clear division of labor and unity of purpose among everybody involved. As it was the first time Zoomlion equipment had been paired with an Australian chassis, engineers in multiple countries often had to work overtime to discuss technical issues. By listening to each other carefully and putting forward their own ideas, they were ultimately successful in passing the customer's inspection.

In 2008, CIFA and Zoomlion merged. On the basis of seeking common ground and mutual trust and understanding, the employees of both companies learned a great deal from each other. From product technology communication, to identification with corporate culture , everybody cordially worked toward the common goals of ultimately obtaining market recognition and expanding the influence of the brand.
