Brazil Service Center Put to Use

Zoomlion Overseas Branch Company's Brazil Service Center has been completed and put to use, laying a solid foundation for Zoomlion's expansion in the Brazilian market. 
Brazil is South America's largest economy, giving it obvious strategic importance to Zoomlion. A number of Chinese engineering machinery and automobile manufacturing companies have already arrived in Brazil looking to build factories in the hope of localizing their production activities, manufacturing products more suited to the Brazilian market and expanding their presence in South America. It was amid this international context that the idea of constructing a Brazil Service Center with a parts warehouse and training center for Zoomlion Overseas Branch Company's emerged. The overseas services department of the Overseas Branch Company has been in charge of the project, and with the assistance of the Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Branch Company's Brazilian subsidiary and other departments it recently completed construction of the center and put it to use. The parts warehouse of the service center, which is located within the factory of the Concrete Machinery Branch Company's Brazilian subsidiary, covers an area of nearly 900m². Construction of this project was aimed at providing customers in Brazil with more specialized and localized training support and supplying them with spare parts quicker and more efficiently, thereby achieving benefits that radiate throughout Central and South America.
The training room of the Brazil Service Center is equipped with a professional hydraulic teaching test stand, a tower crane and mobile crane simulator, and hydraulic and electrical parts from the company's main products. The spare parts warehouse is stocked with customized parts from China and equipment such as forklifts and pickup trucks from Brazil. The Brazil Service Center was first put to use in early September when the first shipment of spare parts for a Brazilian agent officially arrived at the Brazilian warehouse from Zoomlion's mobile crane division in China. In late September earthmoving machinery products and construction crane parts also arrived, which will provide customers with more comprehensive and efficient parts support and help the company win more customers.
