The 2014 Internet Conference and Brand Event Awards Ceremony for China's Construction Machinery Industry Association (CMIIC) was recently held in Shanghai. Following four months of hard work, Zoomlion received the electricity business Pioneer Award at the CMIIC 2014 Internet Conference and Brand Event Awards Ceremony.

In 2014, in accordance with its customers' viewpoints and in compliance with state environmental requirements, Zoomlion redefined the operating model for producing building materials with the launch of its "manufactured gravel production line + environmental building/station + dry mortar production line" integrated system solution, referred to as the "three in one." The equipment not only has an excellent environmental performance, it also effectively increases customer profitability.
Zoomlion's "three-in-one" system solution has unique advantages and competitiveness. First is its customization of aggregate. Original shaping plus graded adjustment technology gives perfect grain shape and excellent grading. The continuous graded gravel and high degree of compactness can not only improve the quality of concrete and dry-mixed mortar, but also save on cement. Moreover, with manufactured sand there is no need for drying, which dramatically reduces dry mortar costs. Second is coordinated production. Order demand has driven the use of aggregate made up of commercial mixed-mortar and dry-mixed mortar as an input in manufactured gravel production lines, which greatly reduces stores of raw materials and increases the efficiency of gravel and customer costs, and makes integrated operations and monitoring easier. The product design philosophy behind the Zoomlion H6012-6 tower crane is to be user-friendly, on the basis of standard requirements such as safety, reliability and performance.
