The board of directors (the "Board") of ZTE Corporation (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Thursday, 26 October 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at ZTE Plaza, Keji Road South, Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the third quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the nine months ended 30 September 2017 and its publication and considering the recommendation of profit distribution, if any.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board of Directors of the Company comprises two executive directors, Yin Yimin and Zhao Xianming; seven non-executive directors, Zhang Jianheng, Luan Jubao, Wang Yawen, Tian Dongfang, Zhan Yichao, Wei Zaisheng and Zhai Weidong; and five independent non- executive directors, Richard Xike Zhang, Chen Shaohua, Lü Hongbing, Bingsheng Teng and Zhu Wuxiang.
