Orangina Schweppes France signed a lease on Newtime

Today, Züblin Immobilière France announced it has signed a lease with Orangina Schweppes France to rent about 6,000 sqm in the building Newtime from 1st October 2015.

Orangina Schweppes France is a subsidiary of the Japanese group Suntory. The lease covers about 6,000 sqm, representing almost 40 % of the available surfaces in the Newtime building, located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors and for a period of nine years including six years firm.
