Change in Board of Directors

Züblin Immobilière France's Board of Directors met on 24 September 2014 and nominated Mrs. Corinne BOURBON, in replacement of Mr. Xavier DIDELOT who resigned on 25 June 2014.

Madam Corinne Bourbon has an extensive experience in commercial real estate.

After starting her career as an auditor with Deloitte France, she joined Hammerson France in 1995. She worked with Hammerson until 2006 and held various positions. She was CFO of Hammerson France from 2002 until her departure in 2006. From 2006 until 2009 she was Country Manager at SIIC de Paris, a listed real estate company subsidiary of Spanish developer REALIA, which assets portfolio was mainly consisting of offices in the Paris region. As Country Manager of SIIC de Paris, Madam Bourbon was Chairman of the Executive Committee and Director of Administration. Since 2010, Madam Bourbon is Managing Director of Aliuta, a real estate consulting company specialized in maximizing the value of real estate assets.

Mrs. Corinne BOURBON is an independent director and member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Compensation Committee.
