Züblin Board Member Iakov Tesis resigns as of 21 March 2017
Mr. Iakov Tesis, Member of the Board of Directors of Züblin Immobilien Holding AG since 2014, has informed the Board and the Management about his decision to resign as Director with immediate effect. Mr. Tesis stated that his resignation is due to his other obligations which will no longer allow him to fulfill the duties related to his directorship as required.
The Board of Directors acknowledges the letter, and thanks Mr. Tesis for his valuable support and contribution during the difficult transition period.
