Dornbirn, Austria - As Zumtobel Group has informed already, two members have independently resigned from the Supervisory Board. The appointments formally end on January 31, 2018.
After more than seven years of cooperation the two Supervisory Board Members leave the office.
'We would like to thank them for the long-term cooperation and wish them all the best - personally and professionally,'says the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Jürg Zumtobel.
The Supervisory Board has already initiated the search for qualified replacements. It will be concluded before the next Annual General Meeting with concrete suggestions for candidates.
Nevertheless, the Supervisory Board in the given constellation complies with the provisions of the Austrian Stock Corporation Act and is fully capable of acting and deciding.
