Alexander Wolfgring

Alexander Wolfgring is currently the Chairman-Supervisory Board at Österreichisches Verkehrsbüro AG and Verkehrsbüro Touristik GmbH.
He is also the Managing Director & Executive Director at Privatstiftung zur Verwaltung von Anteilsrechten since 2013 and an Independent Non-Executive Director at UniCredit SpA since 2015.
Additionally, he holds director positions at Mischek Privatstiftung, AVZ Finanz Holding GmbH, Avb Holding GmbH, Avz GmbH, AVZ Holding GmbH, and API Besitz GmbH.
Previously, Mr. Wolfgring served as the Chief Executive Officer at AV-Z Holding SpA from 2006 to 2009 and as a Director at AV-Z Kapitalgesellschaft GmbH from 2005 to 2011.
He was also a Director at UniCredit Bank Czech Republic & Slovakia AS and SBV Social Business GmbH.
Prior to that, he worked at Bank Austria AG as the Head of Risk Management from 1994 to 2005 and at Zentralsparkasse und Kommerzial Bank as the Deputy Head of the Planning Department from 1987 to 1994.
Mr. Wolfgring obtained his undergraduate degree from Vienna University of Economics & Business.
