Activist investor Carl Icahn and Apple Inc. (>> Apple Inc.) CEO Tim Cook are scheduled to meet in New York City on Monday, CNBC's David Faber reported Thursday. In late August, Mr. Icahn had tweeted: "Spoke to Tim. Planning dinner in September. Tim believes in buyback and is doing one. What will be discussed is magnitude."
