References are made to the announcement of the Company dated 22 March 2016 (the "Announcement") in relation to the loan facility from Asian Development Bank. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board is pleased to announce that the first drawdown (the "First Drawdown") pursuant to the Facility Agreement was made on 20 June 2017 for a fixed rate facility of RMB 230 million maturing on 22 March 2026. The First Drawdown will be utilised as planned on capital expenditures of the Group's wastewater treatment, water supply and sludge treatment facilities located in Yulin Fumian Industrial Park and Yingde Yinghong Industrial Park.

The First Drawdown shall allow the Company to accelerate the development of its projects in Yulin Fumain Industrial Park and Yingde Yinghong Industrial Park. The Company believes that the loan facility from Asian Development Bank has longer tenure and matches better with the cash flow of the Company's projects. The Company intends to work with the Asian Development Bank to leverage the undrawn facilities as and when appropriate.

On 22 March 2016, the Company entered into the Facility Agreement with Asian Development Bank. The Lender agreed to make available to the Company loan facilities in an aggregate principal amount of up to USD250 million, which comprise of (i) the Initial Facility in the aggregate principal amount of up to USD100 million; and (ii) subject to (among others) the Complementary Facility Agreement, the Complementary Facility in an aggregate principal amount of up to USD150 million.

Pursuant to the Facility Agreement, the Facilities shall be made available in United States dollars ("USD") or Renminbi ("RMB"). The amount of loan advanced to the Company shall be applied towards the financing of the construction, acquisition or operation of a series of specialized industrial wastewater and sludge treatment plants in the People's Republic of China. Further details were set out in the Announcement.

The Company had fulfilled all the conditions required for the disbursement notice, including that all projects funded under the Facility Agreement had satisfied various environmental and safeguard requirements in accordance with Asian Development Bank's standards.

This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Rule 13.18 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules"). The Company will continue to comply with the disclosure requirements under Rule 13.21 of the Listing Rules for so long as circumstances giving rise to the obligation continue to exist.
