Company Welcomes First Tenant at 14400 Hollister Road

HOUSTON, TX - August 27, 2012 - Liberty Property Trust today announced that it has signed three lease agreements totaling 155,000 square feet within its Houston portfolio.

"We have had tremendous interest and activity during this past quarter from highly diversified national and international companies," said Jay Kraft, vice president and city manager of Liberty's Houston region.

Bosch Rexroth has signed a lease for 28,080 square feet at 10305 Round Up Lane in the northwest industrial submarket. The company will move into its new Round Up Business Park location next month. Jim Foreman of Cushman Wakefield represented Bosch Rexroth in the transaction.

GAC Energy & Marine Services has signed a 64,800 square foot warehouse lease at 16685 Air Center Boulevard in the Central Green Business Park, located off Beltway 8 along the Hardy Toll Road. The global logistics and shipping company is fully operating out of its new location. Derrick Jones represented GAC in the transaction.

Schneider Electric will be the first tenant to move into Liberty's LEED warehouse building currently under construction at Liberty Northwest Business Center in Houston. The company will lease 62,235 square feet of space in the building. Billy Gold of CBRE represented Schneider Electric in the transaction.

The development project will be completed by December to meet tenant demand, and is currently 72% leased.
