J.D. Power and Associates Ranks Banner Bank Highest In The
Northwest In Retail Banking Customer Satisfaction
WALLA WALLA, Wash. -Banner Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary

highest ranking in retail banking customer satisfaction in
the Northwest Region in J.D. Power and Associates' 2012
Retail Banking Satisfaction StudySM.
This is the seventh consecutive year J.D. Power and
Associates has conducted a customer satisfaction study of
the retail banking industry, but was the first year Banner
was eligible for ranking in the study. Customer
satisfaction is measured in six factors that define the
retail banking customer's relationship with their financial
institution.
Banner Bank earned an index score of 821 and received high
satisfaction marks for the bank's product offerings and
account support services. Additionally, Banner
outranked the index average of 736 in the Northwest Region
(defined as Washington and Oregon) by 85 points.
