Newad Signs an Exclusivity Agreement with Canlan Ice

Sports for its Canadian Facilities

Montreal, February 25, 2013 - Newad announces today the signature of an exclusive representation agreement for all advertising platforms and sponsorships available at the Canadian facilities of Canlan Ice Sports Corp (TSX: ICE), the largest owner of multi-purpose recreational and entertainment facilities in North America. Canlan venues attract over 11 million visitors each year.

This long-term agreement includes a network of digital screens, rink-boards, in-ice branding, building naming rights, dressing rooms, experiential events, brand customizable sponsorships and many other creative initiatives. This complements the existing classic and mega banner formats already being displayed at Canlan, since August 2012. This agreement allows Newad to further expand the digital landscape offered to its advertisers. The addition of Canlan's 260 TV network screens alone consolidates Newad's position as a Canada-wide leader in digital signage. This is why we now wish to entrust our advertising sales and sponsorship operations to their expert teams," affirmed Paul Dillon, Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Service of Canlan Ice Sports.
