DrayTek Unveils Latest Solutions for Next Generation Networks

DrayTek Corp. (TSE:6216), a Taiwan-based networking solutions provider,
today announces to cooperate with ABP Technology to showcase the latest
solutions including IPv6 for small office and centralized network
management system for next generation networks at ITEXPO East from Jan31
to Feb3 2012 in Miami FL, USA (Booth: 316, 319).

carriers worldwide, especially in the States," said Calvin Ma, CEO of
DrayTek Corp. "DrayTek hence launches the small office IPv6 solution to
meet the trend and provides the centralized management solution based on
TR-069 to lower the maintenance costs."

Vigor2850
Series, VDSL2 security firewall targeted at the small
office segment utilizes WAN 1 for a VDSL2 or ADSL2+ feed. You can
upgrade to VDSL2 when the infrastructure or affordable rate is
available. It can do load-balancing and failover when you configure LAN4
as Gigabit Ethernet WAN and USB 2.0 port for the mobile broadband feed
that establishes the reliable business network. Moreover, Vigor2850
Series provides comprehensive firewall and VPN features to ensure the
security for the office network and remote access. Admin can use
multi-subnet to isolate public and corporate network or divide different
workgroups to prevent the data leakage. It also gives more flexible WLAN
which allows you to choose 2.4G or 5G band to reduce the interference.
Centralized network management system
VigorACS
SI centrally manages many important router features without the
technician visits. It is very easy to configure LAN, WAN, WLAN or VoIP
for each Vigor router. One of the major functions is to schedule
firmware or configuration updates for selected devices at one time. With
VigorACS SI the administrator gets a message the moment VigorACS SI
recognizes that the connection is down. Especially for surveillance and
monitoring tasks this is one of the mandatory features.
