Today a total of 412 references of harmonised European
standards related to the construction products directive
(CPD) were cited in the Official Journal.
The list as published in OJ C 176 of 19 June 2012, is the
13th consolidated list of references of harmonised
standards under Directive 89/106/EEC on Construction
Products (CPD). This list contains no new references
compared with the 12th consolidated list cited in OJ C 246
on 24 August 2011. The changes concern the dates of the end
of the co-existence period for some revised harmonised
European standards and amendments. For informative purposes
the changes are indicated with the term
'(new)' in the
summary table in Web format.
Harmonised European standards provide a solid technical
basis for manufacturers for testing the performance of
their products. Using these standards the manufacturer will
be in position to make the declaration of conformity (DoC)
as defined in the CPD and to affix the CE marking.
