Impexmetal SA : Purchase of Boryszew's shares

The Management Board of Impexmetal S.A. informs that, acting upon the authorization granted by Boryszew S.A. through the Resolution no 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. of 13 October 2011 regarding authorization of the Management Board to purchase Boryszew's treasury shares, as well as upon art. 362 § 1 point 8) and art. 362 § 4 of the commercial companies code, it purchased on 28 December 2012 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 5,377,520 units of Boryszew's shares at the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, at the unit price of PLN 0.62 per share.
The above mentioned shares are equal to 5,377,520 votes at the General Meeting of the Company and are equal to 0.24 % of the share capital of the Company.
Impexmetal S.A. has purchased totally 24,000,000 units of treasury shares, which are equal to 1.06 % of the share capital of the Company and giving right to 24,000,000 votes at the General Meeting of Boryszew S.A.
