Injury Report: Two players added ahead of clash with the LA Galaxy

Injury Report is SportingKC.com's look at the latest injury news ahead of upcoming matches and is presented by The Sports Medicine Center at Children's Mercy.

Sporting Kansas City has to new names on the club's injury report ahead of this afternoon's match against the LA Galaxy at Children's Mercy Park.

Forwards Latif Blessing and Gerso - who both exited Wednesday's U.S. Open Cup Final victory through injury - are listed as questionable. Blessing has a thigh injury while Gerso sustained a shoulder injury during the game.

Also on the injury report is Soni Mustivar who continues to nurse a hamstring strain, while Cameron Porter is out for the remainder of the season with a broken fibula.

The LA Galaxy have a lengthier injury list and will be missing defenders Robbie Rogers (ankle injury), Daniel Steres (transverse process fracture) and Pele van Anholt (torn ACL/meniscus), along with midfielders Baggio Husidic (fractured fibula) and Sebastian Lletget (foot injury). In addition, Bradley Diallo is listed as questionable with a hamstring issue.

This afternoon's match will kick off at 1 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Kansas City Plus and FOX Sports Midwest Plus, as well as FOX in select markets. ESPN 99.3 FM (English) and La Grande 1340 AM (Spanish) will have the call on the radio.
