TORONTO, Oct. 31, 2013 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) --Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR) ("Medical Facilities" or the "Corporation") will release its 2013 third quarter financial results prior to markets opening on Thursday, November 14, 2013. Following the release, Dr. Donald Schellpfeffer, Chief Executive Officer, and Michael Salter, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET to review the financial results. All interested parties are invited to participate. Please dial 647-427-7450 or 1-888-231-8191 15 minutes prior to the call to secure a line. You will be put on hold until the conference call begins.

A question-and-answer session will follow the conference call, at which time the operator will provide instructions for submitting questions.
