The First Annual Meeting of the BSEC Tax Forum will
be hosted by the Ministry of Finance of Turkey in Antalya,
Turkey, during November 20-23, 2012. The forum aims to
gather the Finance Ministers of the region as well as tax
experts, academia and representatives from international
organizations. In this respect, finance ministers of member
and observer countries of the BSEC, senior tax experts of
these countries, OECD and EU experts have been invited to
the forum.
The Black Sea Economic Cooperation Tax Forum is an
international gathering of senior decision makers in tax
policy and administration from BSEC region, tax experts,
academia and representatives from international
organizations. As regional countries move towards an
enhanced economic growth, we expect that the Forum will
provide a high level platform for delegates of countries to
share peer experiences and to enhance cooperation among the
BSEC counties. The aim of the Forum is to share the best
practices in international taxation and to investigate
issues of common concern.
