BLife Investment Corporation (“BLife”) announces Daiwa House Asset Management Co., Ltd., the asset manager to which BLife entrusts the management of its assets (the “Asset Manager”), received and accepted a resignation tendered by a director of the Asset Manager. The details are outlined below.

1. Resigning Director (Effective on September 30, 2011) Director (part time) Masaomi Yamadaira

The notification and other procedures required by the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations and other applicable laws and regulations will be performed promptly for this matter.
