RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
The Board announces that Mr. Guo Limin has resigned as a
Non-executive Director of the
Company on 22 June 2012 and Mr. Lu Hua has been appointed as
a Non-executive
Director of the Company replacing Mr. Guo with effect from 22
June 2012.
Resignation of Non-executive Director
The board of Directors (the "Board") of Road King
Infrastructure Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Guo
Limin ("Mr. Guo") has resigned as a Non-executive Director of
the Company on 22 June 2012 to pursue other personal
development.
Mr. Guo has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the
Board and there is no other matter that needs to be brought
to the attention of shareholders of the Company relating to
his resignation.
The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr.
Guo for his invaluable contribution to the Company over the
past years.
Appointment of Non-executive Director
The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Lu Hua ("Mr. Lu")
has been appointed as a
Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 22
June 2012.
Mr. Lu, aged 48, holds a doctorate degree in Political
Economics from Nankai University and a master's degree in
Finance from University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
