Company's Renowned Solution to Provide Continuous Tracking Updates on the Tree's Journey from Washington State to the Nation's Capitol at www.TracktheTree.com

SkyBitz®, the leader in remote asset tracking and information management solutions, today announced that for the seventh year, it will provide real-time tracking of the Capitol Christmas Tree's cross country journey to the Nation's Capitol at www.TracktheTree.com. Using its satellite-based tracking solution, SkyBitz will provide tracking data, complete with a detailed street-level map of the tree's current location.

The 2013 Capitol Christmas Tree will begin its more than 5,000 mile cross country journey from the Colville National Forest in northeast Washington State on November 5. The tree will travel within Washington with stops in several cities, before starting its nation-wide tour on November 10 that includes approximately 15 stops across the U.S. with key stops in Albuquerque, N.M.; Dallas, TX; Little Rock, AR; Nashville, TN; Roanoke, VA; Allentown, PA. The tree will arrive at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. on November 25, 2013. The tree lighting ceremony, hosted by the U.S. Speaker of the House, John A. Boehner, will be held in early December.

"This is a tradition we are proud to continue and look forward to creating yet another fun-filled opportunity for the American public to tag along on the Capitol Christmas Tree's journey and partake in the many unique activities during its various stops," said Henry Popplewell, Senior Vice President and General Manager, SkyBitz. "This being the seventh year that SkyBitz is tracking the tree, we look forward to making it the best to date. With a more user-friendly TracktheTree.com site, it doesn't matter where people are located, everyone will be able to be a part of this holiday journey."

"We look forward to people coming out to enjoy the majestic 88-foot tall Engelmann spruce we have gifted to the nation as part of 'Sharing Washington's Good Nature'," said Jennifer Knutson, Capitol Christmas Tree Coordinator, U.S. Forest Service - Colville N.F. "We are excited to have SkyBitz Track the Tree again this year and provide an opportunity for everyone to have an interactive experience with the tree."

In addition to providing the latest location information, TracktheTree.com will include photo galleries from the Capitol Christmas Tree Cutting Ceremony and events, as well as fun facts about many of the tour stops. There are also opportunities to interact with other Capitol Christmas Tree followers on Facebook at www.Facebook.com/TracktheTree and on Twitter (@TracktheTree).
