The NCC Media agreement executes against Synacor's 3-Tier Ad Sales Strategy of driving overall yield by deploying National, Regional and Local sales reps. Synacor maintains its own national sales force footprint, while NCC Media will represent regional and spot-market online inventory.

As part of the partnership, NCC Media will sell regional advertising inventory on Synacor's web portals, in conjunction with NCC's existing broad portfolio of multichannel operator web properties, to ensure that advertisers can reach their customers easily and effectively. Synacor's portals, or "startpages," provide consumers with online access to email, TV Everywhere services, social networks, news, games and services, all through a central, customizable hub.
