Tokyo Stock Exchange hereby notifies that it has revoked
the approval for the initial listing of TSUBAKI NAKASHIMA
CO.,LTD.
(Code 6464) announced on Sep. 05, 2012. The approval was
revoked because the scheduled secondary offering of
shares have been cancelled.
