Update
WYG plc ("WYG" or "Company")
confirms that, further to the announcement on
17 September 2012 concerning WYG's operations in the
Republic of Ireland, the Company has now completed the
acquisition of all three of WYG Ireland Limited's
subsidiaries in Northern Ireland from the liquidators. The
acquisition secures the jobs of c.90 employees in
Belfast.
